The magnesia-carbon bricks are resin-bonded refractories, made of magnesia clinker and graphite. They posses the features of high slag resistance、 good spalling and corrosion resistance、high hot strength and low porosity. Recently their applications have been expanded, especially for converters, the slag line of refining ladles and the hot spot of electric arc furnaces.
